1. Preheat the oven to 350° degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Grind the oatmeal into a fine flour like substance.
3. Add the peanut butter and carrots.
4. Roll the dough out onto a clean, flat surface to ¼ inch thickness.
5. Cut shapes into the dough, then place them onto the baking sheet.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden.

How To Store Dog Treats

Make sure they have completely cooled after baking - I mean completely.
