First I went to Urgent Care at 59 Ave & Union Hills Rd. Got there at 6:50, they close at 8:00. Girl was on phone, never made eye contact, after 10 min of waiting with no acknowledgement, I walked out.On internet I found NextCare at Northern Ave and 101, open 24 hrs. I am so glad I came here. The staff in entrance was friendly & helpful. Once taken inside, I have nothing but GREAT to say about the staff that helped me. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing immediate care.

I was working on my car when I sliced my hand. I walked in and was seen within approximately an hour. Considering that it was fairly busy and a Friday night to boot, I was pleasantly surprised on how quickly I was seen. The staff was professional and courteous. They answered all of my questions.

Scheduled an appointment got there a scheduled time check-in was easy staff was very friendly and helpful considering the extra things happening in the office. The care provider was very informative and helpful and friendly. The office manager was extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this provider without question.
