I have recently received my approval of being "Certified Carbon Literate" the course was so enlightening and empowering. Not only will a deeper understanding of carbon literacy help your business but it is contributing to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.You don't need to become certified necessarily but you need to be as educated and aware as your customers are.Have a read

We've been discussing the importance of consumer psychology to marketing success today in the office that we wanted to share.The ability to connect with consumers on a deeper level, tapping into their emotions, needs, and desires, can significantly impact the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.There is much more to add on this I am sure but here are a few key areas to remind ourselves of when we are creating that next client campaign or campaign for ourselves

Great day today learning about "Becoming Carbon Literate: Understanding and Communicating Climate Change and Sustainability" by the Cambridge Marketing College. This really is a course that all marketers should attend to stay ahead of what is happening and meet like minded folk.Really impressive hosts thanks Neil Wilkins and Nigel ClarkLearnt too much to put it all down here but my key takeaways:- Commit to your Sustainability plan- The old marketing models such as the Balance Score Card are still as relevant today as they always have been- Never GREEEN WASH - be honest and communicate what you have achieved no matter how small- Whatever you state you are going to do or you have accomplished make sure you state the performance you have achieved, provide the evidence and state the verification source if you have one- Let Chat GPT take the strain on note taking from a Zoom Chat - Keep the momentum going There is so much more that i will be digesting over the next day or two and plan to work out some action plans to my clients at Brick Marketing UK and an action plan and commitment from me and Brick.Thanks to Dr Neil Prem and Nino (Navdip) Singh Judge for re-igniting my interest in this area with flypop Couple of useful pics - if you want to know more I am happy to share some of the tools we reviewed
