Let me tell you, @Xfinity/@Comcast is terrible. Moved today, and I was told my service would be up and running today. Now telling me that I won’t have internet or cable until midnight tonight. Terrible customer service.

Still not working. Been on the phone with 3 different representatives. The second one eventually got it working, and after a few hours it stopped working again. If this is not resolved by morning, know that you are keeping me from working my job, @Xfinity/@Comcast/@ComcastCares.

@MdmPalindrome Ugh that’s so annoying 😔 I switched to Comcast a year ago since my old apartment building couldn’t support Fios for whatever reason. But then my monthly bill increased by 50% and my service would crap out randomly so I was more than glad to give Comcast the boot

@comcast 4 outages in 2 weeks at my business when weather is great. I am leaving you. I can't run a business with such spotty service. And having to spend 10- minutes on hold every time I want to report an outage is ridiculous.

@Bonecondor @Xfinity Oh trust me. In the past month I have unexplicitly lost my xfinity service for hours on end with no explanation and no credit. Last week we were recording an episode of the podcast when I lost it for 25m and it resulted in a much shorter episode than planned.

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport, my internet is down again. This is like the third time in a few months where there has been an outage... I can’t imagine all the other remote workers who are also struggling because of this. 😩I’m def going to look into other internet providers now.

@Xfinity Gamer grade. All internet over 200 mbps up and down is gamer grade. The rest is just marketing bullsh*t to raise the price on services. I love my small local fiber internet my 200mbps up and down is good enough.

@Xfinity I have been a customer for over 25 years and I have tried several times to get someone out to my home to upgrade my equipment. I tried to do it on my own and for whatever reason it didn’t work. Can you help a good customer get some service. Please !!!!!

Mile Lane update: the road/bridge on Mile Lane b/w Ridgewood & Talia's sustained permanent damage. Eversource has been out to repair their equipment and we are waiting on Comcast to do the same. After that, Public Works will put down fill so the road is passable tonight.
